Shipping policy

At DemBones our goal is to offer you the best shipping, no matter where you live. 

The time frame for order delivery two part:

• Processing time: Order verification, production and packaging. All orders are viewed within 24 hours after the order is placed. Production and Packing typically takes 2–4 days. At the time of shipment you will receive a tracking number. 
• Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our California Location to you. US orders are typically shipped with the US Postal Service unless otherwise requested. After processing and leaving our hands, items usually take between 2 and 7 days to arrive at their new home. International shipments usually takes about 15–30 business days.

SHIPPING DELAYS: At this time the worldwide pandemic has slowed down the shipping/delivery of packages. The USPS has had shipping levels that are greater than a typical Holiday Season. Rest assure that we are following up on all packages that have delays and contacting buyers as needed. At this time we are proud to say that we have NOT had a single lost or damaged package!
